ProVu Rigid Stylets were designed for use with the ProVu Video Laryngoscope. With improved handling, ideal depth, and optimal stiffness, ProVu Rigid Stylets were specially engineered to assist with the navigation of even the most difficult of airways.
Traditional technique
Traditional rigid stylets may suffer from difficult navigation due to suboptimal ergonomics, stylet depth, and non-malleable materials in a difficult airway. This can result in airway trauma and/or the inability to properly deliver the ETT.

The distal tip of the stylet ends below the Muphy Eye to help reduce the risk of trauma and allow room for anchoring and flexion of the ETT tip.
