Please note that we may require that you provide evidence of your identity and/or address and that you may only make a request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. We will not be able to respond to any requests or provide any personal information if we are unable to verify your identity or authority to make the request.
We may deny your deletion request in certain limited circumstances if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service providers to perform certain actions.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to the maximum permitted under by the CCPA), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.
Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding your request (following verification of your identity or authorization rights). The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
