Completion of Clement Clarke integration

We are pleased to announce that on the 30 November 2024, Flexicare completed the integration of its Clement Clarke business into Flexicare. This follows Flexicare’s acquisition of Clement Clarke in May 2023 and the subsequent combination of products, people and processes.
As a result of the integration, all Clement Clarke customers have transferred across to Flexicare. Clement Clarke customers based in the UK will transfer across to Flexicare Medical Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of our parent company Flexicare (Group) Limited.
Clement Clarke customers not based in the UK have transferred to a Flexicare subsidiary in that country or to the relevant sales territory in Flexicare Medical Limited.
The Clement Clarke brand will continue, and its product range remains unchanged.
The integration will allow Flexicare to provide our customers with more efficient and focused support resulting in a more streamlined experience for all customers and suppliers.
